Richard Burnett

President & CEO

Richard (Ricky) Burnett has been the President and CEO since November 2019. Prior to Silver Creek Oil & Gas he was the Chief Financial Officer of Covey Park Energy, a private E&P company sponsored by Denham Capital. During 2019, Covey Park Energy was sold to Comstock Resources. Prior to joining Covey Park Energy, Ricky served as Chief Financial Officer of Double Eagle Energy Holdings II, a U.S. partnership with Apollo Natural Resource Partners until its sale to Parsley Energy, Inc. during the first half of 2017. Prior to Double Eagle Energy Holdings II, Mr. Burnett was at EXCO Resources, Inc., a publicly-traded, E&P company serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 2002 to November 2013, Mr. Burnett was at KPMG LLP, an international accounting firm where he served as the Partner in Charge of the Energy Audit Practice within the Dallas / Ft. Worth Business Unit starting in June of 2012. Prior to joining KPMG LLP, Mr. Burnett spent time at Arthur Anderson LLP and Marine Drilling Companies, Inc.. Mr. Burnett is a board member of Select Energy and US Well Services. Ricky and Sara Burnett have three children. Mr. Burnett is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and received a B.B.A in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

Joe Cuadrado

VP Engineering & Analytics

Joe Cuadrado joined Silver Creek in November 2019.  Prior to Silver Creek, he served as a business development engineer for Covey Park Energy, a Denham Capital portfolio company.  Before working at Covey Park, Joe worked as an operations engineer for Merit Energy Company.  From 2008 to 2013, he worked as a technical consultant for Exponent. Joe is a licensed mechanical engineer and obtained his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and his M.S. in Engineering from George Washington University.

Bonnie Langford

VP Land & Administration

Bonnie Langford joined Silver Creek in 2017 as a landman for the Arkoma Basin. In her current role, Bonnie oversees all land aspects as well as administration. Prior to joining Silver Creek, Bonnie served in various land capacities with Concho Resources in Midland, TX, where she gained experience in their Permian and New Mexico assets. Bonnie is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Commerce.

Patrick Slaughter

VP A&D & Commercial

Patrick Slaughter joined Silver Creek in November 2019. Prior to joining Silver Creek, Patrick served with Covey Park Energy, a Denham Capital portfolio company, as a business development engineer in the A&D group. Prior to Covey Park, Patrick served in various capacities with EXCO Resources most recently as a Production Engineer. Patrick obtained his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and his M.B.A. from Louisiana State University.
